Let me tell you, this is the most neutral flavored, easy to make, frothiest goodness ever! I add this plant-based milk to my homemade iced chai.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Add hemp seeds, water, date, and salt to a high-powered blender. Blend for about 1 minute, until well combined.
  • Pour into an airtight glass bottle or jar. Enjoy as a drink or in your favorite recipes.
(There's no need to strain this plant-based milk. However, if you use a less powerful blender, I recommend straining it through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth.)
