So, I'm doing this 30 day fitness challenge and I'm taking you all with me! I'm focusing on doing 100 flights of stairs every single day and body weight exercises for my core and arms, including crunches, leg lifts, planks, etc. In this video I show you a bit of my day including a delicious vegan smoothie and a bit of my exercises! My dog Amber joins me on my 100 flights of stairs and when I do body weight exercises she chases her tail, no joke. Seriously, I can't stop her. She loves it!
