POMEGRANATE SMOOTHIE BOWL
Easy, 4 ingredient pomegranate smoothie that is made with strawberries, bananas, and, of course, juicy pomegranates. This plant-based smoothie makes for a great meal, snack or even a dessert. Pomegranates are an amazing source of vitamin K, C and folate, and bananas are high in potassium and an excellent source of vitamin B-6. In other words, this is a tasty vegan treat you will not regret.
PREP TIME: 5m | TOTAL: 5m | YIELD: 2 CUPS
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/4 cup pomegranate
- 6 frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
- Place all ingredients into blender and blend it up!
- Pour in bowl or glass and sprinkle extra pomegranate on top! Yum yum.
