Easy, raw vegan red maple smoothie. Made with beets and maple syrup.


  • 1 medium raw beet, peeled & chopped
  • 8 frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 - 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 2/3 cup water


  1. Wash and peel beets.
  2. Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend it up!
  3. Enjoy your sweet and delicious smoothie.
