Easy, 4 ingredient raspberry lemonade sweetened with maple syrup. It's the perfect vegan drink for summer, or whip it out in spring if you’re feeling feisty. Along with rejuvenating your taste buds, freshly squeezed lemon juice is high in vitamin C.

- 1 1/2 cups lemon juice, fresh squeezed
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2+ cups frozen raspberries
- 5 1/2 cups water
- Pour all ingredients into blender and pulse.
- Enjoy a little taste of summer over ice!
I prefer my lemonade tart, so add a bit more maple syrup if it's too sour for your sweet tooth. If you don’t have maple syrup on hand, feel free to use cane sugar instead. Oh, and make sure to try our Perfect Lemonade as well!
