Easy, 4 ingredient vegan smoothie that is so refreshing, it will wake you right up! I love drinking this plant-based smoothie for breakfast. The wonderful fruity carbs are satisfyingly filling and give me an energy boost for the rest of the day. Also, pineapples are an amazing source of vitamin C, B-6 and potassium.

- 1 large handful spinach
- 1 large frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup water
- Throw all ingredients into a blender and mix it up!
- Pour into an aesthetically pleasing cup and enjoy. ;-)
Trader Joe's frozen organic pineapple is an awesome alternative to fresh pineapple when it's not in season, or when you don't feel like dealing with cutting open a whole pineapple.
