PINEAPPLE BANANA SMOOTHIE

Easy, 3 ingredients vegan smoothie that is so rejuvenating and refreshing, you can skip the coffee! I know, I know, skipping the coffee sounds insane, but when you are carbed-up on nutritious fruits, you won’t even desire the caffeine to keep you going! After all, bananas and pineapples are both full of potassium and vitamin B-6.

Easy, raw pineapple banana smoothie. It's a tropical paradise in your mouth. This delicious plant-based smoothie makes for a great vegan breakfast. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 large frozen bananas
  • 1 1/3 cup pineapple, chopped
  • 1 cup water

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Put all ingredients in blender and blend away.
  2. Pour into glass of your choosing and enjoy!

NOTES

Trader Joe's frozen organic pineapple is an awesome alternative to fresh pineapple when it's not in season, or when you don't feel like dealing with cutting a whole pineapple.
