- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon flax seed meal
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup water
- Throw all ingredients into a mason jar or tupperware container, then close and shake so that all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
- Place in fridge over night and enjoy in the morning!
