Instant Raw Applesauce
This raw, plant-based applesauce is so easy to make, it will blow your mind. Eat it for breakfast, dessert, or as a snack, or use it as an ingredient! Raw applesauce is a yummy and nutritious addition to most, if not all baked goods! Apples are an excellent source of fiber and vitamin C.
Ingredients
- 4 small apples, OR 2 large apples
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Wash apples, cut out seeds and cut into chunks.
- Pour water and apple chunks into blender and blend on high until it is the consistency of applesauce.
- Enjoy it on its own or add it to your favorite vegan baked good.
