Instant Raw Applesauce

This raw, plant-based applesauce is so easy to make, it will blow your mind. Eat it for breakfast, dessert, or as a snack, or use it as an ingredient! Raw applesauce is a yummy and nutritious addition to most, if not all baked goods! Apples are an excellent source of fiber and vitamin C.

Ingredients 
 

  • 4 small apples, OR 2 large apples
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Wash apples, cut out seeds and cut into chunks. 
  2. Pour water and apple chunks into blender and blend on high until it is the consistency of applesauce.
  3. Enjoy it on its own or add it to your favorite vegan baked good.
