Instant Raw Applesauce

Yield 1 – 1 1/2 Cups
Prep Time 5 minutes
Total Time 5 minutes
This raw, plant-based applesauce is so easy to make, it will blow your mind. Eat it for breakfast, dessert, or as a snack, or use it as an ingredient! Raw applesauce is a yummy and nutritious addition to most, if not all baked goods! Apples are an excellent source of fiber and vitamin C.

Ingredients 
 

  • 4 small apples, OR 2 large apples
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions 

  • Wash apples, cut out seeds and cut into chunks. 
  • Pour water and apple chunks into blender and blend it up! 
  • If you are making this to eat on its own, feel free to add up to 1/2 tsp of cinnamon. If you are making it to use as an ingredient, skip the cinnamon. 
  • Get ready to eat it up!
