Garlic Roasted Peanuts

Vegan garlic roasted peanuts? Say what?! Made with only 3 ingredients, this homemade, plant-based snack is not only easy to make, but also delicious and nutritious. Peanuts are an excellent source of protein, fiber and vitamin B-6.

Ingredients 
 

  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup peanuts, raw organic

Instructions 

  • In a large pan, add coconut oil, minced garlic and raw peanuts. 
  • Cook on low with lid on for 15 minutes. 
  • Let cool and enjoy!
