Easy Banana Chia Pudding

Easy-peasy, 5 ingredient vegan pudding that is so easy to make, it might just become an everyday treat! This delicious plant-based pudding is great for breakfast or dessert. Due to the chia seeds and flaxseeds, it's also a good source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids!

Easy raw plant based banana pudding made with chia seeds so it is packed with protein. This vegan pudding is naturally dairy free and gluten free so all can enjoy. 


  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed meal
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup water


  1. Throw all ingredients into a mason jar or tupperware container, then close and shake so that all ingredients are thoroughly mixed. 
  2. Place in fridge over night and enjoy in the morning!
