BLUEBERRY + BANANA SMOOTHIE
Talk about a refreshing way to start your day! This 3 ingredient plant-based smoothie makes for a quick, easy and yummy breakfast. The antioxidant-rich blueberries and the potassium-loaded bananas whirl into a vegan creamy goodness that will leave you feeling healthy and happy.

- 2 bananas
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 2/3 cup water
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend it up!
- Pour into aesthetically pleasing cup and enjoy!
Feel free to use fresh blueberries in lieu of frozen. If you do, you'll probably want to add a few ice cubes to the mix, unless you are going for fruit juice instead of a smoothie. This plant-based smoothie is wonderful paired with our vegan Banana Bread Muffins.
