These oven-baked french fries are so easy to make that they might become a daily treat or at least a weekly one. Come on, don’t hold back! They’re just potatoes, after all! With no added oil or salt, they are no longer those greasy, sodium-soaked fast food things. All-natural potatoes are a good source of vitamin C, B6, potassium, and fiber. So eat up!

Oven-Baked French Fries

These oven-baked french fries are so easy to make that they might become a daily treat or at least a weekly one. Come on, don’t hold back! They’re just potatoes, after all! With no added oil or salt, they are no longer those greasy, sodium-soaked fast food things. All-natural potatoes are a good source of vitamin C, B6, potassium, and fiber. So eat up!

Ingredients 
 

  • 8 – 10 red potatoes, sliced into fries
  • 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan salt, to taste

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. 
  • Slice potatoes into the shape of French fries. 
  • Line two baking sheets with silicone baking mats or parchment paper and spread fries out evenly. 
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Flip fries and bake for another 15 minutes.
