These baked fries are so easy to make that it might become a daily treat, or at least a weekly one. Come on, don’t hold back! They're just potatoes, after all! With no added oil or salt, they are no longer those greasy, sodium-soaked fast food things. All-natural potatoes are a good source of vitamin C, B6, potassium and fiber. So eat up!

Easy baked vegan fries that are so easy to make that it might become an everyday treat. 


  • 8 - 10 red potatoes, sliced into fries


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 
  2. Slice potatoes into the shape of French fries. 
  3. Line two baking sheets with silicone baking mats or parchment paper and spread fries out evenly. 
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Flip fries and bake for another 15 minutes. 


I tend to cut them on the thinner side because I like them EXTRA crispy!
