These baked fries are so easy to make that it might become a daily treat, or at least a weekly one. Come on, don’t hold back! They're just potatoes, after all! With no added oil or salt, they are no longer those greasy, sodium-soaked fast food things. All-natural potatoes are a good source of vitamin C, B6, potassium and fiber. So eat up!
PREP TIME: 10m | COOK TIME: 30m | TOTAL: 40m | YIELD: 4 - 6 SERVING
- 8 - 10 red potatoes, sliced into fries
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Slice potatoes into the shape of French fries.
- Line two baking sheets with silicone baking mats or parchment paper and spread fries out evenly.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Flip fries and bake for another 15 minutes.
I tend to cut them on the thinner side because I like them EXTRA crispy!
