Açai Berry Smoothie
My new favorite smoothie! It's so yummy you have to try it! This vegan smoothie is made with bananas, blueberries, strawberries and açaí berry powder. Just a tablespoon of açaí berry powder boosts this plant-based smoothie to the top of my list. On top of being tasty, açaí is much richer in antioxidants than its fellow berries. Did you know that açaí is pronounced ah-sigh-ee?! You learn something new everyday.
PREP TIME: 5m | TOTAL: 5m | YIELD: 2 CUPS
- 2 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 4 strawberries
- 1 tablespoon Açaí Berry Powder
- 1 cup water
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
- Transfer to beautiful glass and enjoy!
