Ingredients 
 

  • 2 bananas
  • 3-4 dates, depending on how sweet you want it to be
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 ice cubes

Instructions 

  • Place all ingredients into blender and blend it up!
  • Enjoy the sweetest smoothie ever!
